Way Back Wednesday–Tate’s first modeling job

Tate’s first modeling job was January 2008. He was 11 months old. The company was Combi Mini. The day was super-long and stressful at times. I remember how cold it was, and traveling on the train at 6 a.m. is never my cup of tea. Japanese addresses also scared me, but I got the hang of it with time. There were probably 10 other babies there at the same time. All the moms and dads sat around and fed and watered the children in between cuts. I still remember a little boy Luca because the photographers pronounced his name Roo-ka. It was cute. For lunch everyone was served a Japanese bento that looked something like this.

Putting beige and white on a pasty white baby is never a good idea.combi mini 091

What can I say, The boys clothes can be a little less then boyish in Japan. Check out those stretch shorts ;)combi mini 107
