Nothing can inspire, encourage, or excite me more in this Christian walk than to have a divine appointment with God. I want to scream from the rooftops how great He is. I want to surrender all to him. Today I got in the car for nothing more than a regular drive home, the boys fought in the back( per usual) over a bottle of water. It was an ordinary day, and God uses those, just like he uses ordinary people to do great things. I unintentionally stumbled upon a radio program that made me say—I know you had this word for me Lord. Tears fill my eyes just thinking about it. He hasn’t left me in the valley, no, just the opposite. He is working it out, working it for my good.
I love the lyrics to this song.
“All this time
From the first tear cry
To today's sunrise
And every single moment between
You were there
You were always there
It was You and I
You've been walking with me all this time” Britt Nicole
I don’t feel it could be any truer for me. To look back and see that he has been here with me everyday is Ahhhhhhh-mazing.
I highly recommend you tuning into Moody Radio sometime. Moody radio, you say? Yes, Moody radio. I know I think my dad use to listen to this station in 1982 or something, but let me tell you, you will be blessed by what you hear. At least three programs(out of three :) that have “been for me” came on during the Mid-day Connection portion of there program.
Anyway, I couldn’t turn it off. It was that good. After arriving home I sat in the garage as the boys continued to argue over a watering bucket, and umbrella, sidewalk chalk, and whatever else the could get they’re hands on. I almost gave up, but knew I couldn’t. The woman described me to a T. My struggles, sorrows, and at times emptiness in this life. The things I fight for, and against, as a Christian. I thank God I heard this program and encourage you to check out the following resources.

No matter what you do in this life never stop being open and listening to what the Lord has to say. And if your not sure how to listen ask him to help you with that too. He will meet you there.
