blast from the past | Hakone

Sorry guys, practically every post has been about life in Japan. Well, I wasn’t blogging then and I don’t want to forget the details. I am really missing my friends from Japan right now. It’s been over a year since leaving. I have so many so dear to my heart. Some haven’t gotten any face time on this blog because well, I guess I just didn’t take enough pictures. Some I still talk to weekly, some every once in awhile, but you know what? I think of them everyday. CRAZY. I have to post about Hakone, but I promise next week won’t be Japan related.

This must have been one colllllld winter because I prefer cooler weather however, my last post (same year) I mentioned being cold, and this I would have to say is the most miserable cold I have ever been. I was in the car staying warm. That is not like me. Explains the glare on the above shots. I took them from the drivers seat. I’m going to blame it on the fact I just had a baby and my hormones were out of whack, oh and because it was snowing!!!

I’m sorry but after you go to the Okinawa Aquarium none other can measure up. I’m now an aquarium snob

Ain’t he cute? See, it was so cold we didn’t even bother taking our hats off inside.

This is me after a baby. The only picture out of the whole trip decent enough to post.

Day two had to be my favorite part. We walked around this little town. We ate lunch, the sun had come out so things were more manageable temperature wise i.e. I didn’t spend the whole day dressing and undressing each child with hats and mittens, and I went into some little shops.

Even with a few reservation issues, too many kids in one hotel room to get any sleep, car sickness. This was a fun trip,  I am so glad we had this time as a family.

I love seeing photos of while you were in Japan- i love the photo of you holding Asher. You are extremely too hard on yourself! You always look wonderful.
