Spring Break| Day 3 | Pool & Painting

On the third day of Spring Break we headed out to the pool. There wasn't a dull moment and hardly a relaxing one, but I still enjoyed getting out in the sun and fresh air. Asher is an independent maniac, who thinks he is invincible right now.  So........ pool, park, and at home, I'm always on my toes. Even when I look like I'm not paying attention, I can see him in the corner of my eye, my spidey senses tingling the whole time. Prepared to walk, run, leap, or jump, to catch him from what ever contraption he is preparing to jump from.
K & T were pretty delightful and are honing their skills. You know, it takes a little time to "warm up" every year, at least if you don't swim in the Winter months. They are doing good, but I am hoping we can get Tater swimming pretty good by the end of this Summer.
In the afternoon, we did some painting--little astronaut magnets I got at Jo Ann's.

Day 3 I am TIIIIIIIRED. I really feel there is no excuse for this, unless your pregnant, or have a newborn. But Asher is better and he is a well-rested 17 month old, and I AM…well... I am finally able to "relax" after all that happened with him last week, seeing that he is fully recovered, but I haven't caught up on any rest.

You have every right to be tired! Being a good mom takes work! And that, you are :)
