Way back Wednesday- Beach Day

So this is probably going to be totally boring for my 3 followers… But, I’m thinking since I wasn’t blogging during ANY of my three babies baby days one day a  week  I will try to make up for lost time by blogging about a milestone or memory. Or, I might just right about something that happened to me. Two mornings ago, out of no where, I remembered something that had happened to me in Japan. I had almost forgotten. I don’t know if a dream sparked the memory or what, but it was cool. I'll blog about it one day. Even though the memory was embarrassing and really something I would rather forget, I can’t let it go, because that’s stuff shapes you AND it’s a story to tell my grandchildren one day. By blogging I feel like I would be making my grandmother proud. I probably wouldn’t use the word blogging to explain to her that I’m documenting my life. Though she is really smart and would probably know what I’m talking about. She has been telling me as long as I can remember  to “keep a journal, keep a journal, keep a journal”. I have tried, but never have. I knew she was right, something about writing in a book someone will eventually come across and feel like they’ve found your secret dairy creeps me out. A blog is yes, I’m typing this for you to read. It keeps you accountable to not get too weird. Anyway, bear with me people. You will weekly have to see more overloads of pictures of my kids. What can I say… I sort of like them.

We’ll start out with April 2007. We were in route to Japan. Keegan was 3.5 years old. What a huge change was coming all our ways. At least a month before the move Keegan got really weepy and started asking a lot of questions about moving. For whatever reason it really upset him that he was going to have a different closet. Funny and sad at the same time. These pictures are from the time we spent in in Florida before we headed to our new home overseas. Keegan had a great day on Perdido Key. He learned you can hear the ocean if you put a seashell to your ear , jumped in the waves, and practiced his name in the sand. Tate was only a few month old at the time and sadly I missed out on some of this fun keeping the baby out of the sun.
