playing in parking lots

Updates on the kids. Cause one day I’m going to forget my name and be like, I never did anything fun with my kids. Then I can look at these pictures and be like, yeah, I did. I was a great mom. I took you to a parking lot, after a rainstorm to ride your bikes and scooters. Hey, in my defense…It’s a church parking lot that is always DEAD on weeknights. Unfortunately, Lots of cars starting pulling in right away.  Rude!  Then the pastor of the church came out and told us in a eversoniceway to leave!  Yeah, that’s right, I taught you to loiter cause its safer than riding bikes in the road, I dunno, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Asher is is 2.5. I am so THANKFUL a fire truck went by so he would stand still I could capture his face ,not just his back, in these photos. Asher says “dink you ma-ma”(thank you), he wants to know what every letter on every book, and every wall, and every sign is. He has potty training down pat. He loves doing art. He sings along with me every night at bedtime. Even if he doesn’t know the words he just repeats after me. He loves his FLOP FLOPS!(Flip flops). We are dog sitting and he is in heaven. Follows that dog around and hugs on him like crazy.

Keegan and Tate are well, big .I’m so proud of the level of responsibility they’ve been showing and how tough they are about dealing with deployments.  I say things that moms say like Where’d the time go? daily. I annoy myself when I say that stuff. One week left of school. Then its 4th grade and Kinder for T. where.did.the.time. go!?!?!?!
