today

woke up sleep deprived.

thanked god for this life.

took special care of my good-byes in the morning with the boys. life to short to not give proper good-byes.

i went for a run. where my neighbor passed me and swiped my baby off my hands mid jog and took him home so I could run solo.

my neighbor is also my friend. no, i didn't let a random person take me baby.

i thought a lot about the number twenty-eight.

i realized i'm officially twenty- eight

i thought about what a big year eighteen was and still can't believe that was ten years ago.

i got a belated birthday bouquet of  flowers from the neighbor who swiped my baby.

felt blessed.

bought diapers.

had a Starbucks.

did the tae kwon do taxi service for the big boys.

wore white jeans to the garden department of lowes, with a two-year-old no less.

came out unscaved.

felt fine.

felt sick

prayed.

worked in the yard.

washed the windows.

cleaned the car out, twice, and there is still junk in it.

realized this is all just a small tidbit of my day.

thanked god again for this life
